Who I Work With
I work with adults in various life stages. Most are carrying more than they can manage - whether due to the nature of their work, relationships, or a past that won't let them move forward.
This includes people who:
-
Feel anxious, burnt out, or chronically overwhelmed
-
Are navigating major life transitions or identity shifts
-
Struggle to slow down, shut off, or feel present
-
Want therapy that is practical, meaningful, and not surface-level
I also specialize in working with first responders who are managing the impact of high-stress, high-responsibiity roles.

Unsure about starting? Booking a free consultation with me is the best way to see if we'd be a good fit.

About Kat
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in the upper Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado. I have several years of experience working as a co-responder clinician with law enforcement, as well as in community mental health and wilderness therapy. I bring a passion for creating last change with and for clients, and take an active and direct approach in my work.
When not in the office, I am equal parts adventurer and home-body. On any given day you're most likely to find me out on a trail, moseying about with my dog, or curled up somewhere reading a book.
